For the Easter weekend we decided to take a trip to Rhode Island. Since Alex used to study here, he wanted to show me around and let me take a step down memory lane together. We got our rental care early in the morning. After about 3,5 hours we arrived in very rainy and foggy Narragansett.

So we decided to stay in the car and drove around Alex’s old house, the university and places they used to hang out.

One thing they used to do was getting fresh Chicken Tenders from Shaws (just a big supermarket), so we did that and enjoyed them with a (foggy) view of the ocean.

To warm up afterwards we had a coffee and a cookie and then checked into the Marriott Newport. After some relaxing we went out to dinner at Turtle Soup right by the ocean and enjoyed some lovely seafood.
