On Easter Monday, we had breakfast at T’s – an Omlette with farm potatoes, French Toast and Coffee made us really happy. A tasty start into the day and great memories for Alex.

We then went to the store of the University of Rhode Island and Alex got two caps as a souvenir. This store really had everything URI branded – from slippers, to every kind of sports gear you can imagine, everything. With a bagel from ‘Coffee & Bagel Connection’ as snacks for the drive back home, we took off towards NYC. Before hitting the road we made a view stops a at some of the “iconic” sites of Alex’s studies in the US.

After quite some traffic and our first experience of getting back to the city, we made it back after 4,5 hours and had a comfy dinner at Mughlai again. We also quickly stopped by at IKEA in New Heaven to get a set of bar chairs which were sold out in Brooklyn.
